Good morning

Thank God it's Friday! Your day might've started quickly but MI's season hasn't. Here's Cricbuzz Pulse. Your 2-minute morning scan of the IPL universe.

Fourth straight @L0$, PBKS stay unbeaten.

Arshdeep Singh starred with the ball with 3-22. Prabhsimran Singh starred with bat - 80* off 39.

MI made 195, with Quinton de Kock scoring 112* off 60; the rest managed 83 off 60.

@L1$ Shreyas Iyer was at it too with 66 off 35.

Jasprit Bumrah went wicketless again. His figures read 0/41 in four overs.

In his first game back this season, Quinton de Kock slammed a century. In the process, he became just the third batter to score a hundred for three different franchises. He batted like he was never away, smashing 112* off 60 (that's a strike rate of 186.86) with eight fours and seven sixes. It might've taken an injury to Rohit Sharma to get him in the XI but de Kock made an @L2$ despite the late entry.

The @B3$ award goes to the lights at the Wankhede stadium for causing Yuzvendra Chahal to drop a sitter at short fine-leg.

The @B4$ award goes to Shashank Singh for being an uncanny partnership-breaking bowler.

The @B5$ award goes to Shreyas Iyer for asking the crowd to rightly make some noise for his stunning catch at long-on.

The @B6$ award goes to Naman Dhir for dropping an easy catch off Shreyas Iyer and redeeming himself by taking a blinder two balls later.

The @B7$ award goes to Suryakumar Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah for being far from their best.

The @B8$ award goes to MS Dhoni for keeping his @L3$ till the very last minute.

@B9$

MI have lost four in a row and are languishing in ninth place. Slow starts aren't new for them, but time is clearly running out. The big names simply aren't delivering. Tilak Varma is averaging 8.6 after five games, Suryakumar Yadav has only one solid knock, Hardik Pandya hasn't fared much better, and Bumrah's struggles are well documented. To make matters worse, Rohit Sharma, the one player who looked in decent touch, is now injured. MI need a turnaround, and quickly. History suggests they're capable of one.

@B10$

Hardik Pandya admitted that MI may have to make some @L4$ after four straight losses. He also called on "individuals" to take more "ownership".

Arshdeep Singh said he "loves making reels" and that fans can expect a lot more of them following his PoTM worthy performance.

Prabhsimran Singh spoke about how working with Yuvraj Singh in the off-season has had a positive impact on his game.

@B11$

PBKS and LSG are the only two teams to have a positive win-loss ratio against both MI and CSK.

@B12$

The birdies tell us that sections of the MI fanbase aren't too disheartened despite the team currently sitting at ninth place on the points table. They've insisted that the team is still on top of the table that really matters - the Fair Play Award. "At the end of the day, moral victories are the most important," someone was heard saying.

@B13$

24 games into the tournament, there's still a team without a W next to their name. KKR will be desperate for that to change as @L5$ at Ahmedabad later today. If Rahane and co. can tame GT's top-order, they may have a chance.

@B14$

There will be a full-house at Ahmedabad tonight.
